Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email and mobile number, and the payment ID and amount from Razorpay.
• When you activate: your Licence ID and an anonymous PC code (a fingerprint of your PC's hardware). It does not contain your files or personal data.

What we don't collect

Your books, notes, answers, study history and settings stay on your own PC. We never see them. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles payments under its own privacy policy.

AI features

If you use AI features, the text or image you select is sent directly from your PC to the AI provider you set up (for example Google Gemini) with your own key, under that provider's terms. It does not pass through our servers.

How we use your data

Only to deliver your licence, prevent licence sharing, send receipts and important updates, and give support. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Storage and security

Purchase and licence records are stored securely with Cloudflare. We keep them as long as your licence is valid and as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@optiworks.shop. Deleting purchase records may stop us from verifying your licence.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may use cookies needed for payment security.
