Refund & cancellation policy

Easy Study is digital software delivered instantly, so purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. We still want you to be happy, so we offer refunds in these cases:

• Not activated: request within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount.
• Doesn't work on your PC: if the Software won't install or run on a PC that meets the system requirements and our support can't fix it within 7 days of purchase, we refund the full amount and block the licence.
• Paid twice by mistake: the extra payment is refunded in full.

No refund is given after the licence has been activated and used normally, or for licences blocked for sharing or misuse.

How to request

Email support@optiworks.shop with your payment ID (starts with pay_) and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

Timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
