These terms apply to the purchase and use of Easy Study ("the Software") sold by OptiWorks ("we", "us") through https://optiworks.shop. By buying or using the Software you agree to them.
On full payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Software on one (1) Windows PC. The licence is locked to that PC on activation. You may move it to a replacement PC once every 12 months using the in-app option, or more often with our approval.
We may block a licence that is shared or misused, without refund.
The price is shown in Indian Rupees on the website at the time of purchase (currently ₹399, one-time). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Books, notes, answers and other content you add stay on your PC. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you import, including any toppers' answer copies or papers. The Software does not include third-party books or answer copies.
Some features send the text or image you choose to an AI service (such as Google Gemini) using your own API key. AI output can be wrong. Use it as a study aid, not as a final authority. Marks given by AI evaluation are indicative only.
Updates are free for the licensed version. We provide support by email and WhatsApp on a best-effort basis.
The Software is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. We are not liable for loss of data, exam results or indirect losses. Please keep backups of your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction.
